After browsing Pedal Consumption, I found this great product!
The Retrofitz DIY Conversion Kit. With this kit, you can turn every pair of shoes into SPD compatible shoes.
I think I might order a kit as soon as my Vaudes are done. Put this kit in a pair of proper low top hiking shoes and you got a bombproof pair of MTB shoes...

Restrap Bottle Holster
I think everybody sometimes comes to the point where you miss a bottle holder on your track bike.
The guys from Restrap had the same problem, and made a Bottle Holster to put on your belt.
I already posted about it last year, but after reading Pedal Consumption's review, I ordered one yesterday.
Curious how it looks in real life!

Mordecai Prototype
This is NOT funny anymore!
Every time I think I know what frame to get, something new and exciting comes out!
I found this pic of Josh Deardroff and his Mordecai prototype at Pedal Consumption and it looks amazing! negative bottom bracket, made for 700c and huge barspin clearance...

Alive x Cadence = the Occasion
Normally I get enthusiastic when it comes to the collaborations Cadence does.
But this one with Alive Athletics, I'm not completely sure...
It looks cheap-ish. But maybe that's just the pic.
Here are the details about the watch I found on Pedal Consumption:

NEW! Fyxation Accela
Most of you might know about, or have even ridden the Fyxation Session 700.
I really liked the grip of it, back in the days when a 28c tire was considered a fat tire...
Now I ride a 28c on my racer, times are changing.
Only downside was that you go through them quite fast. At least, that was my and Mitch's experience with them.
Right now the guys from Fyxation are introducing the new Accela tire.
Good thing about them is that they're cheap ($30), but still, I don't think they're gonna beat my trusted Schwalbe Marathons.
They got less profile, which means a wetter ass with the typical Dutch weather and if they are just as durable as the Session 700, you'll need a new back tire every 2 / 3 months...
And I'm riding with the same back tire (Schwalbe Marathon) for more than a year now. And I skid a lot, with only 8 skidspots...
The Accela does look good though.
Found it on Pedal Consumption.

DVS Rico CT Cadence
Products that wear into themselves opposed to wearing out is at the core of the new DVS by Cadence Facade Collection. With CTC-Technology, these monochromatic shoes are made with screen printed canvas that will reveal a story through wear and use, becoming more interesting and unique with age, challenging the idea of new is good and old is bad.
Features:
Improved CT-C construction now with dual stiffners for less flex. Has a non-slip vulcanized outsole to improve pedal traction and feel. Classic slim profile. PU sockliner for ultimate cushioning while bombing hills or weaving in and out of traffic on your commute. The new DVS x Cadence Rico CTs are out.
I love the "port" and black ones!

Restrap: Prototype Bottle Holster
I found this prototype bottle holster made by Restrap at Pedal Consumption, and I must say I like it a lot!
I'd buy it!
It looks perfect for one of those rides when you don't wanna bring a backpack, but do wanna bring something to drink.

Creux Velówear - Grimpeur Cycling Jeans
Pedal Consumption posted about Creux Velówear, a new Australian cycling inspired streetwear brand.
And i really like their Grimpeur Cycling Jeans.
It has a lot of nice features:
But I'm not so sure about the U / D - lock holder...
And although the padded ass part might be great for cycling comfort, I'm not completely sure about the looks of it off the bike...
And i really like their Grimpeur Cycling Jeans.
It has a lot of nice features:
ENGINEERED CYCLING DENIM
I think the phone pocket and caribena clip loop are a nice feature:
- Cycling specific cut with a high back and lower front
- Double reinforced crotch and rear for increased durability
- Light chamois providing you a little padding for all day riding comfort
- Stretch Denim with 2% elastane for increased pedal efficiency and mobility
- Inbuilt D-Lock holder via two ergonomically placed restraining loops
- Reflective print on the right inside leg – roll em up and you’ll get the added advantage of a reflective print
- Caribena clip and rear pocket hock
- Pocket for your mobile phone on the outside of the right thigh – perfectly fits an iPhone or other smart phones without impeding your pedal stroke
- Rear zip pocket for additional storage with an easy access zip pull
- Back pockets are slightly lower than normal and moved further around the hip to avoid the saddle and the resulting pocket abrasion and wear
But I'm not so sure about the U / D - lock holder...

Yesterday I found out through Pedal Consumption that VAGX has released a new series of their Covol Rucksack.
